The most recent ones were done with Ziman Development. The ease with which these vacation homes were built was astonishing. From the inception with the architect to completion with the lawyer, everything went smoothly.The Zimans pre-arranged meetings for us with the kitchen, tile and countertop professionals who were already prepared for us prior to our appointments. We were able to design a kitchen in 2 meetings and chose tiles and countertops for the kitchen and baths in one meeting. Lighting was just as well done.
