Homes are selling faster, averaging 66 days on the market, with a sale-to-list price ratio of 97.2%, signaling strong demand. While price growth is expected to moderate to 1.5% in the next year, the market remains competitive, with some homes going pending within 29 days. However, mortgage rates above 6% and broader economic conditions may influence affordability and buyer behavior moving forward.
