We searched for our dream shore home for several years. Then in June of 2014 we found Ziman Development. Their combination of unique design ideas and quality of construction was just what we were looking for all along. Their attention to detail and tremendous woodwork throughout are examples of what sets them apart from their competitors. The team work of Michael, Greg and Jonathan complimented each other very well. We made multiple changes to the plans but Ziman Development also suggested changes to make the design better during the process which is rare with developers of new construction. The subcontractors were very professional from the custom cabinets to the amazing hardwood floors and they all surpassed our expectations. We are in our home about four months now and could not be more pleased with the home and the after sale service. I was told Ziman Development works side by side with their customers long after closing and so far I have found that to be true.

The architectural design and finishing touches create a resort-like feel which are combined with our own personalized appeal. From the inside-out, our new home is solid and beautiful with exceptional care taken down to the smallest details by Ziman.

I can’t thank you enough the way you worked with myself and my wife. You have been extraordinarily accommodating and made building our dream home a really enjoyable experience. The house is perfect and your workmanship makes it a home-run for us. We have never been so happy.

Working with Ziman Development has been everything I expected and more. I was very impressed with their ability to communicate with me through every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered promptly and clarity was given, which made for a smooth and seamless progression. We wanted to customize our home, however my husband is a doctor so we were not always able to attend meetings. Michael personally brought tile, kitchen, and granite top samples to our home to work around our schedules. I thought this was amazing! Also, I was able to customize my home from the tiles down to every lighting fixture to give my house the beachy feel that I wanted with the help of their team. We are thankful for Ziman Developments expertise and we look forward to spending many summers on Long Beach Island.

When building a home, what is the phrase you most often hear from your builders? “We want you to be happy with your new home!” Although not likely typical, this is what we heard most often from Michael, Greg, Jon and their subcontractors. Most importantly, they were true to their word. This sentiment was exemplified consistently through their responsiveness to our calls, inquiries and creative ideas. Without exception, each member of Ziman Development was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to patiently walk us through the inevitable challenges of building a new home. Materials, design elements and workmanship are of the highest standard. Through initial contract to closing (AND afterwards!), the Ziman group was effective communicators and creative problem-solvers. We have continued to use their skilled contractors for our subsequent personal house projects. This is the fifth house we have built and BY FAR our most positive experience. We would not hesitate to build another home with Ziman Development!
